Involves jobs that work with recruiting, talent, and student management functions to implement strategies for recruiting and advancing minority or female employees and students, or employees and students with disabilities. Investigates discrimination or harassment complaints or grievances and presents findings to management. Develops training or workshops for employees, managers, students, or executives detailing the impact of a diverse workforce and student population.
