Immunizations for Children, Adults, and Travel | Thursday, August 7
To ensure beneficial protection throughout our lives, immunizations should be completed and maintained. If you travel abroad, effective immunizations may need to begin months before departure. Learn more about which immunizations are available, who should receive them, and when.

Walk Strong: The Chapels of Notre Dame | Thursday, August 14
A regular exercise routine offers multiple health benefits, but it doesn’t have to be overly vigorous – just walking here at ND can provide significant health improvements. This session will show you how to combine physical with spiritual exercise by visiting the chapels on campus.

When to Call the Doctor | Thursday, August 21
Not sure when to pick up the phone and call your health care practitioner? This session will help.
