Many Notre Dame community members are anxious as we continue to navigate the uncertainty of COVID-19. Thanks to student suggestions and generous benefactors from the University’s Undergraduate Experience Advisory Council and the Graduate Studies & Research Council, the University has partnered with Calm to provide free access to students, faculty, and staff to help them care for their emotional well-being.

Calm provides tools to help users relax, focus, and rest, offering guided sessions on sleep, meditation, and relaxation.

Sign up for a free, premium subscription using your netID email by following these instructions.
