Reminder: Performance Reviews Due May 13th

As a reminder, the deadline for performance reviews to be completed is Friday, May 13. 

Throughout the year, you and your manager should have been meeting to review progress, make adjustments if needed, and have feedback conversations. We are now at the point in the year when you should have completed your year-end self-assessment and your manager should be completing the year-end comments, ratings, and final employee sign-off by May 13 if they haven't done so already.
