Your provider is here to help you get the sleep you need.

Many factors can affect the way you sleep – from diet, stress and exercise to scrolling through your social media feed in bed.  If you tend to wake up groggy, have an afternoon slump or have trouble staying asleep, you likely aren’t getting the rest you need.

Try these tips to stop counting sheep:

  • Be consistent.  Go to bed and wake up at the same time each day.

  • Get comfortable. Make your space quiet, relaxing and inviting for sleep.

  • Remove distractions.  Power down your devices and relax.

  • Stay healthy. Avoid large meals, caffeine and alcohol before bed.

  • Start a nightly ritual. Diffuse essential oils, take a bath or meditate to wind down.
