We can't wait to show our appreciation of all that our regular full-time and part-time staff members do for Notre Dame! Regular full-time and part-time staff members and their immediate families are invited to join us on July 20 at Four Winds Field for a fun-filled night while we watch the South Bend Cubs take on West Michigan, ending the evening with fireworks at the stadium.
Staff members will have the opportunity to register for four free tickets while supplies last. If you need additional tickets to accommodate your immediate family, you may indicate this at the time of registration and we will be in touch to coordinate. Please note, seating will be general admission regardless of the number that may be assigned to your ticket. You are welcome to move around the stadium and sit with whomever you please.
Tickets
Registration for July 11 is now closed, but if you are interested in attending a game, you can register for the August 1st game here. Children aged 2 and under do not need a ticket for entry and will not be assigned a seat. ADA tickets will be available. Please note that all tickets will be general admission and you will not be expected to sit in your assigned seat. Digital tickets will be distributed one week prior to the game by the South Bend Cubs. Look for an email from noreply@fevogm.com with instructions on how to access your tickets. You will be required to create an account with the South Bend Cubs to access your tickets. Instructions for creating your account can be found here. We ask that if your plans change and you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible in order to allow as many staff members to attend as possible.
Game Details
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. A complimentary dinner buffet will be available from 5:30 - 8 p.m. Limited options for those with dietary restrictions will also be available. Concessions and alcohol will be available for purchase.

Entertainment
The splash pad and playground will be available to attendees free of charge. If you would like to access the Fun Zone, wristbands are available for $6 dollars. Attendees are welcome to bring lawn chairs and/or blankets to sit in the grassy area. Fireworks will begin immediately following the conclusion of the game.
