Finding Your Purpose

Ever feel lost? Like you’re just going through the motions? Don’t know if you’re making a difference? You don’t have to make drastic changes to be satisfied with your job or life. You just have to find your purpose! This interactive workshop will help attendees through practical, hands-on exercises to find their purpose in life that may be the basis for their personal & professional development plans.

Managing My Career

Are jobs just happening to you, by default? Or, are you building your career, by design? Participants will review the stages of an effective Career Management Process, and learn about resources that help identify interests and career fit. Participants will have the opportunity to complete the Harrison Assessment that identifies the tasks & positions you would enjoy in the workplace. The assessment should be completed prior to the workshop.

Training Plans Simplified

Have you ever struggled with creating a new training plan for a current or new procedure or employee? Workshop attendees will be guided through a simplified methodology for creating a viable training plan for any role or position.
