The first time you access the Self Service web pages your browser may warn you about an unknown certificate. The certificate is used to encrypt your information while it is traveling from the database to your computer. You will need to accept the certificate, and, if you do not want to be warned in the future you will need to install it by following prompts on the screen. If you have any questions or concerns about information security, contact the OIT help desk at 631-8111.
