Curves is a thirty-minute total body workout using circuit training. Multiple locations across the country are available. Facilities are for women only.

Notre Dame employees are offered a discounted service fee of $49, and then $34 per month membership fee for a minimum of twelve months.

Jazzercise is a 60-minute class that includes warm up, dance aerobics, muscle strengthening, flexibility exercise, and cool down. 16 adult classes and 1 junior class are held per week. Resistance tubes, mats, hand-held weights and Resist-A-Balls are available.

World Gym is a co-ed facility with cardio equipment, selectorized/free weights, personal training, nutritional consultant, aerobics classes, circuit training, tanning beds, massage chairs, saunas, free babysitting, children’s workouts, and boxing heavy/light bags.

Gold membership – $10.00 down and $19.95 per month with annual (12 month) contract Based on EFT or credit card payment
