Adoption Benefit

Provides reimbursement for adoption expenses to full-time faculty, staff after one year of service.

Incidental Days

Provides income protection for non-exempt staff absent from work due to their own illness or injury or that of a qualifying family member.

Short Term Income Replacement

Provides income protection when you fall ill or are unable to work for a temporary period of time.

Long Term Disability

Provides a monthly benefit if disabled and unable to perform the essential functions of your job beyond 6 months.

403(b) Retirement Plan

Primary retirement plan for eligible faculty and staff. All employees have the opportunity to make voluntary contributions.

Pension Plan

Closed to new entrants effective December 31, 2017.Active non-exempt participants prior to 12/31/2017 continue to earn credited service.

The Fred E. Freeman Staff Scholarship was established in 1994 with funds willed to the University to non-exempt staff for professional development.
