In partnership with the Notre Dame Wellness Center and NDHR, we are offering an 8-session virtual Self-Care Series designed to help you strengthen your resilience, manage stress, and create lasting self-care habits.
Self-care isn’t selfish. It’s how we sustain our energy, compassion, and effectiveness. Each 30-minute webinar focuses on practical tools and real-life strategies to help you care for your mental, emotional, and physical health.
