HR has added the following dates and times for these classes:

NEW Communicating with IMPACT – The Power of Storytelling

Business storytelling is the secret ingredient to making a greater impact. Whether you are speaking to groups, running meetings, selling ideas, or delivering information to others, stories bring your content to life, help you illustrate or demonstrate a point, and engage and inspire others. You will learn how/where to find stories, story development/structure, dynamic ways to open and close your story, character development, how to fine-tune the lesson/moral, tips for telling compelling stories, and time to practice these new skills.

NEW Delegation: Leading Through Others

Delegating empowers your team, builds trust, and assists with professional development. This program will define delegation, discuss the solutions to barriers and highlight key actions for effective delegation. Participants will create their own action plan to improve their delegation so they may lead through others.

Time: 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.

NEW Unconscious Bias by Franklin Covey

Bias is a natural part of the human condition, of how the brain works. It affects how we make decisions, engage with others, and respond to various situations and circumstances, often limiting potential. Discover how to notice and adjust for bias, cultivate meaningful connections, and act with courage to make real change.
