February Be Well Series - Heart Health

The Be Well Series is a monthly health and wellness education series for benefit-eligible faculty and staff and their spouses. From high blood pressure to skin cancer to home safety, these quick on-campus programs are designed to help you lead a happier, healthier life.

February 2014: Heart Health

This four-part series will help you understand your risk of heart disease, the potential complications, and available treatment options — including self-management.

  • Thursday, Feb. 6, 2014 – Risk Factors for CAD (Coronary Artery Disease)
  • Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014 – CAD Condition and Complications
  • Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014 – CAD Medication and Procedures
  • Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014 – CAD Self-management


All sessions 12:15-12:45 p.m. in the Meeting Room at Rolfs Sports Rec Center
