  • Medical Plan. Do you prefer lower premium and higher deductible with an HSA account, or a higher premium and lower deductible?
  • Dental. Do you prefer lower rates or more comprehensive coverage?
  • Vision. Would you like coverage for eye care or corrective lenses?
  • Flexible Spending Accounts. Do you wish to set funds aside, tax free, for 2018 health care or dependent care expenses?
  • Life Insurance. Would you like more than the $25,000 base coverage provided?
  • Accident Insurance. In the event of accidental injury or death, this voluntary benefit provides a lump-sum payment.
