  • Bright Horizons Back-Up Care

    Provides short-term, back-up care for unexpected child or elder care needs, and an online provider directory for on-going family care solutions.

  • Calm App

    The Calm app provides tools to help you relax, focus, and rest, offering guided sessions on sleep, meditation, and relaxation. Sign up for a free, premium subscription using your netID email.

  • Care and Concern Resources

    Find resources for managers, faculty and staff dealing with stressful or difficult life situations, such as the death of an employee.

  • Caregivers Support Group

    Any staff or faculty member currently caring for an aging parent, spouse, or child with special needs is welcome to attend.

  • Emotional Well-Being at the Notre Dame Wellness Center

    Our onsite wellness center offers emotional well-being services, including clinical psychologist, licensed clinical social worker and wellness coaches, for benefit-eligible faculty, staff and their eligible dependents.

  • Employee Assistance Program

    A comprehensive resource to assist faculty, staff and their dependents in dealing with a variety of personal and family challenges.

  • Grief Support Group

    If you are a staff or faculty member who has experienced the death of a loved one - a child, a spouse, a parent, a close friend, or a colleague - you are invited to join a support group of others who have experienced the loss of a loved one.
