What do I do if I feel that I'm being sexually harassed?
The University takes accusations of sexual harassment very seriously and has in place a policy and procedures to assist employees in dealing with the issue. Information on the policy and procedures is available through several sources including the Human Resource Policy Manual, the University of Notre Dame Sexual Harassment web site and, in the future, in the Sexual Harassment Brochure available throughout campus. Among other information, these sources provide the names and contact information for University-appointed ombudsmen and contact people to assist employees in dealing with sexual harassment issues.
