What do I do if I disagree with my performance review?
Employees are encouraged to include their written comments as a part of the Performance Review process as well as discussing them with their supervisor at the time of the review. If the issue remains unresolved, consultation with the next level of supervision and /or with the human resource generalist would be the next step.
