What should I do if I have an emergency? (This includes a vacation situation)
If Out-of-Service area, seek medical attention at the nearest facility. Contact Meritain Health within 48 hours using the information on the back of your identification card. If you are in the network area, go to a participating Urgent Care or hospital emergency room. Call Meritain Customer Service at (888)-668-6855 with any questions.
