The Performance Management process is improving! Based on feedback you’ve shared with us, enhancements to simplify the performance module within Endeavor are currently underway.
It’s time to write goals
July is the time for all staff to begin setting performance goals and development plans for 2016-2017. Goals should be written and discussed with your manager/supervisor prior to August 15.
To help you get started writing your SMART goals and development plan, visit the Performance Management webpage and review “Phase 1”. You’ll find the SMART formula and examples to help you develop your own goals and create your individual development plans.
For assistance with this manual process, consider using this Word template. The template may either be typed electronically or printed and handwritten.
You will be hearing more as we approach the re-launch of the performance module within Endeavor.
Endeavor’s learning module unaffected
The learning module within Endeavor will not be affected during these enhancements. Users may continue to search for and enroll in professional development opportunities as usual.
