The Office of Human Resources is proud to announce that Eric Love, Director of Staff Diversity and Inclusion, will be a featured presenter at the University of Notre Dame’s Nonprofit Breakfast Series.
This year’s four-part series, which begins January 26, is designed to help leaders and volunteers from nonprofit organizations learn from human resource experts about how to better hire, grow and manage employees.
Love’s March 22 workshop, entitled Diversity, Inclusion and Multicultural Competencies, will define diversity, inclusion and related topics, explore several benefits of diversity and introduce the value of multicultural competencies. Participants will receive insight into more effective leadership, teamwork with diverse teams and how to better serve all constituents.
Additional workship topics in the Nonprofit Breakfast Series include well-being at work, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and the role of self-awareness and empathy in workplace leaders.
