The Be Well Series is a monthly health and wellness education series for benefit-eligible faculty and staff and their spouses. From high blood pressure to skin cancer to home safety, these quick on-campus programs are designed to help you lead a happier, healthier life.
December 2013-January 2014: Smoking Cessation
Smokers who have a strong support network are up to three times more likely to quit. This six-week series will introduce the Quit Now tool from the Wellness Council of Indiana, and is open to both smokers who wish to quit and non-smokers who wish to be supportive. Topics include medication, coping while quitting, finding support, lifestyle tips, and more.
