ImproveND, a bi-annual survey of Notre Dame campus services, opened November 4 and continues through November 22.
The 20-minute, confidential survey offers an opportunity for Notre Dame faculty and staff to provide feedback about the quality of a wide variety of internal services at the University. Comments received on the survey will be compiled anonymously and shared with service providers and executive management to confirm strengths and identify opportunities for improvement.
“Supporting our academic endeavors through operational excellence is one of Father John’s five goals for Notre Dame,” said Executive Vice President John Affleck-Graves in an email Monday. “As an employee of the University, you experience many services on campus and we are asking for your help in assessing the quality and effectiveness of these services.”
The email, sent to all faculty and staff eligible to complete the survey, contained a link to the survey. Each link is unique and can be used only once, so employees are asked to retain the email until the survey can be completed.
The survey is administered by the Office of Strategic Planning & Institutional Research (OSPIR).
