ND Voice 2012 is Now Open
Make your voice heard! ND Voice is Notre Dame’s employee satisfaction survey. This anonymous and confidential survey is your opportunity to help shape the future of Notre Dame while improving your own work experience.
The survey opened Monday, October 8 and was sent via email from Quantum Workplace to all faculty and staff that morning. Save the email. The deadline for completing the survey is October 28. If you didn’t get yours, check your spam filter or junk folder.
Click here for more information about ND Voice, or email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions about the survey.
Open Enrollment 2013: October 16-Nov. 2, 2012
Open Enrollment is right around the corner. Benefits-eligible faculty and staff will soon be receiving Open Enrollment materials in the mail. The materials will explain how to make your 2013 benefits elections online, and direct you to additional information on the HR website.
Health Screenings and Your HRQ – Don’t Miss Out!
If you’re a full-time, benefits-eligible faculty or staff member and you haven’t scheduled your Health Screening yet, you only have a few days left to schedule yours at the Wellness Center or elsewhere on campus through Memorial Health & Lifestyle. Don’t delay – appointments are limited.
Your results will be automatically entered into the new Health Risk Questionnaire called Your HRQ, which has replaced the WebMD HQ (Health Quotient) as a tool to help faculty, staff and their spouses understand personal health risks. The questionnaire will be open through November 2, 2012.
Click Here for more information, or to schedule your screening.

LifeWorks – It’s Never Too Late to Save for Retirement
If you have reached midlife and haven’t saved much for your retirement, you aren’t alone. More than half of all baby boomers have saved less than $50,000 toward retirement.
No matter how much you have saved, you can take steps to build a more secure future. The article below from LifeWorks explains how.
Save Time and Money by Cooking Ahead
It’s no secret that cooking at home is usually healthier than a trip through the fast-food drive-thru. But did you know that cooking at home can also save you time and money? This article from Vanguard explains how cooking ahead can replace the dollar menu with your own dollar-saving menu.
