Applies to Administrators and Staff
The University supports employees in their efforts to grow both professionally and personally. Departments are encouraged to approve employee requests to participate in development programs offered by the University whenever possible. Participation can result in the development or enhancement of skills necessary for success in present or future positions.
Professional development and learning programs are offered throughout the year and at various times of the day. Employee development planning is designed to be a collaborative effort between an employee and supervisor.
