Welcome to Notre Dame!

Congratulations on your new position, and welcome to the Notre Dame family. To help make your new employment experience the best it can be, this Toolkit will guide you through three phases of the orientation, or “Onboarding” process: your first week, your first month, and ongoing Onboarding.

This Toolkit is just one part of your Onboarding experience. You will also attend Onboarding sessions where we will explain most of these topics, and your manager or supervisor will also help you along the way.

We recognize the value of our employees to the University’s success. Employment at Notre Dame offers much more than competitive pay – the Notre Dame Employment Experience includes excellent benefits and wellness programs, comprehensive training and career development services, world-class events, social activities, and more. We encourage you to explore the many opportunities that await you.
