For those who have completed TAP, this new pilot series will strengthen the skills and competencies learned through the original program. TAP 2 will consist of a “blended” approach of both instructor-led and webinar formats to further update current administrative skills and learn new technical, interpersonal, and management competencies across administrative positions.
TAP 2 is open to anyone who has completed TAP.
The curriculum provides participants an opportunity to improve problem solving skills, develop their personal brand, utilize the “5 S” methodology of organization, and build relationships. Technology sessions will also be offered and will cover various Google topics in file storage and productivity apps.
Participants must have completed the TAP program and have received their certificate. Space is limited to one group of 30 participants.

Participants are expected to attend at least two of the technology courses, all classroom sessions, and complete any course assignments.
