As part of creating a top performing culture, the University uses an online talent management system called Endeavor. Endeavor provides electronic tools to register for and track learning programs and conduct the performance management process for staff. These tools enable the University to better match skills of our current employees to job opportunities, thereby providing more career growth and satisfaction.
You can access Endeavor in various ways.
- Go to: https://endeavor.nd.edu. Log in to the CAS with your NetID and Password.
- Log onto https://inside.nd.edu. Choose the Quick App for Endeavor on either the Home tab or the My Resources tab. It is not necessary to authenticate again.
- Choose the Endeavor Quick App on the navigation pane of the Human Resources website home page. hr.nd.edu.
Learning Management Tool
Endeavor also lists course offerings from Human Resources, the Office of Information Technologies and the Office of Continuous Improvement. Search the catalog for a complete list of upcoming classes, see which courses for which you are enrolled and review a transcript of classes attended.
