Full/Partial Pay with Benefits

During your leave, if you plan to remain in the local area, you do not need to make any changes to your benefits. If you are relocating outside of the local area, you may want to consider some changes. Any change you make must be done before your leave or within the first thirty (30) days of your leave. Upon your return from leave, you will have 30 days to make changes to your benefit selections. If changes are necessary, please call the askHR call center at 631-5900.

Unpaid Leave with Benefits
