BMW Group Corporate Fleet Program

BMW is proud to offer Notre Dame employees access to their BMW Group Corporate Fleet Program.

What is the BMW Group Corporate Fleet Program?
The BMW Group Corporate Fleet program provides special pricing on eligible models to Notre Dame faculty and staff.

Who is eligible?
All full- and part-time faculty, exempt and non-exempt staff.

Which vehicles are eligible?
You may purchase stock or factory ordered BMW or MINI vehicles. The BMW Group Corporate Fleet Pricing Guidelines Level 2 contain all eligible model. The Corporate Fleet Incentives are pre-determined by model and series, as well as ineligible models. Level 2 Pricing is applied to Corporate Fleet vehicles that are either cash purchased, financed or leased through BMW/MINI Financial Services by the eligible employee or the enrolled corporation. Questions about vehicle features, pricing, model eligibility, leasing, and incentives should be directed to the BMW/MINI dealership of your choice.

How do I participate?
Follow these three steps to begin:

  • Complete the Customer Information Form (CIF)
  • Redeem by providing CIF at time of purchase to the BMW/MINI dealership
  • Present UND Employee ID

Chrysler Affiliate Rewards Program

Chrysler Group LLC is proud to offer Notre Dame Employees our special Affiliate Rewards Preferred Price on your next new vehicle purchase or lease. In addition to your Preferred Price,which includes a significant discount on most new Chrysler, Jeep®, Dodge, Ram and FIAT® vehicles, you’ll also be able to take advantage of most consumer incentives available during the time of sale.

Follow these three steps to begin:

  • Using the company code, log in to www.chrysleraffiliates.com
  • Get your control number
  • Redeem at the dealership (must provide company code to dealer)

Ford X-Plan

Ford Motor Company has partnered with the University to provide faculty, exempt and non-exempt staff, retirees, and their spouses with discounted rates through the X-Plan on most new Ford vehicles.

What is the Partner Recognition Program X-Plan?
The Partner Recognition Program provides special vehicle discounts to Partner employees and their spouses. The manufacturer sets and audits the X-Plan pricing, which is visible on the factory invoice provided by the dealership. There is no need to “bargain” the price. X-Plan incentives may be combined with retail offers based on current Ford programs. Pre-owned vehicles and trade-in allowances are not part of the X-Plan.

Who is eligible?
All full- and part-time faculty, exempt and non-exempt staff, retirees, and their spouses are eligible to participate in the discount program.

Which vehicles are eligible?
You may lease or purchase up to two eligible Ford vehicles per year. Eligible vehicles include new, current model and prior model year vehicles sold in the United States, including Econoline and light trucks through E & F-350 series, Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, and Mazda. Ford Motor Company may, at its discretion, exclude certain models from the Partner Recognition Program. How do I participate?
There are two easy steps to follow:

  1. Obtain a PIN (Personal Identification Number) by logging onto Ford’s web site at www.fordpartner.com or calling Program Headquarters at 1-877-XPLAN-00 (1-877-975-2600)-the Partner Code is NDUNV.
  2. Visit your local dealer and identify yourself as a Partner Recognition participant by providing your PIN, the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, and proof of employment, such as a valid ID card, paycheck stub, or business card.

GM Supplier Discount

General Motors Corporation has extended its Supplier Discount Program to University faculty and exempt and non-exempt staff for savings on most new and unused GM vehicles.

What is the Supplier Discount?
With the GM Supplier Discount, eligible faculty and exempt and non-exempt staff pay a small percentage over the price paid by GM employees. Each dealer invoice lists a GM Supplier Discount Price, which is the special price you pay for that vehicle. In most cases, you can combine this discount with current eligible incentives or other special offers. For examples on how this discount can save you money on the purchase of GM vehicles, visit www.gmsupplierdiscount.com.

Who is eligible?
Regular full- and part-time faculty, exempt and non-exempt staff who are residents of the United States are eligible to participate in the discount program. Employee family members and University retirees are not eligible.

Which vehicles are eligible?
You may lease or purchase up to two eligible GM vehicles per model year retail-delivered per calendar year. Eligible vehicles include all new and unused GM passenger cars, SUVs, minivans, and light-duty trucks. Also eligible are Saab and Saturn vehicles with an additional marketing cost assessed on all Saab models. Questions about vehicle features, pricing, model eligibility, leasing, and incentives should be directed to the participating GM dealership of your choice. How do I participate?
There are four easy steps to follow:

  1. Log on to www.gmsupplierdiscount.com or call Program Headquarters at 1-800-960-3375.
  2. Enter the Company Code: 816556.
  3. Obtain a Personal Authorization Number.
  4. Take the Personal Authorization Number to a GM dealer choice and get the discount.

Nissan Vehicle Purchase Program (VPP)

Nissan has extended its Vehicle Purchase Program (VPP) to University faculty and exempt and non-exempt staff for savings on Nissan and Infiniti vehicles.

What is the Nissan VPP?
As a part of Nissan’s athletic partnership with University of Notre Dame, all full-time university employees are eligible for preferred pricing on new Nissan and Infiniti vehicles. University of Notre Dame employees will receive preferred pricing and can also continue to take advantage of all other consumer facing market incentives.

Who is eligible?
All full-time faculty, exempt and non-exempt staff and spouses/domestic partners. Retirees, immediate family and extended family are not eligible.

Which vehicles are eligible?
Eligible employees, in the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska, can create 2 claims per calendar year for eligible Nissan or Infiniti vehicles. Vehicles purchased cannot be titled in a business’s name.

How do I participate?
University of Notre Dame Employees who wish to purchase a vehicle for themselves or their spouse/domestic partner must use their University of Notre Dame VPP Company code: VPP018657 and create a VPP Claim ID on the VPP website at www.insidenissan.com, or by calling 1-800-299-4753.

  1. Visit InsideNissan.com
  2. Click “Business Associate” and enter your name and university VPP Code: VPP018657.
  3. Search your nearest dealer’s inventory and create your VPP Claim ID.
  4. Visit your nearest dealer with your printed Claim ID and proof of eligibility.
